Is the saree handwoven?
Yes, absolutely. Every saree at Chirag Banaras is authentically handwoven by master artisans in Varanasi using traditional pit looms and genuine silk and zari threads.
What is the dispatch/shipping time for India and international orders?
Domestic orders across India are dispatched within 3–5 business days via express delivery. International orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days via DHL or FedEx Express with full real-time tracking.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes across India. For high-value heritage bridal weaves, a brief verification call or partial advance may be requested prior to dispatch.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with security tags intact.
Can there be a slight colour variation between the product image and the actual saree?
Slight color variations (5–10%) may occur due to professional studio lighting, digital screen display settings, and the natural metallic sheen of handwoven silk and real zari threads.
Is a video call facility available for customers who want to view the saree before purchasing?
